The Department of Commerce have recently updated the Incorporated Associations Act which requires all associations to update their respective rules (i.e. Constitution) to be in line with this new law.

As such, the Club are looking to bring in some changes to the Constitution to reflect the requirements of the Incorporated Associations Act 2015, and to correct some minor errors in the current version. These changes will be voted on at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) previously advised to be held on Sunday October 16th at 11 am @ the clubhouse, consistent with Rule 19.0 of the Constitution.

All of the changes are minor in nature. No changes to the original intent of the current Constitution are proposed (i.e. objects, voting rights and process, disciplinary process etc.).
